Chris is available for groups and guilds; her workshops are always fun and instructive, with each student taking home inspiration, worked pieces and a file containing all the notes and templates used.

at Carmarthen Centre for Crafts St Clears
10am - 4pm

The first morning will be spent at Laugharne and the Boathouse where we will be given a free tour gathering ideas and maybe flotsam ready for the afternoon that will see us back at St Clears painting and preparing fabric.

The second day will see the development of a hanging or maybe a bag, by hand or machine, inspired by the landscape and Dylan's magic words.

The piece can be straightforward or maybe more abstract.

The two days are all about having fun and inspiration with fabrics, no artistic skill needed just the ability to 'go with the flow'.

Produce a unique piece of fabric art, inspired by the work and landscape of Dylan Thomas.
